She advises and counsels both new and seasoned business owners on how to effectively use social media in business.
As a member of several networking organizations, Betty has served on panel discussions and given numerous talks on what it takes to be a successful business owner and leader. As a Latina business owner and member of The Pingry School’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, Betty strongly supports other female entrepreneurs and women of color. She firmly believes in the value of connecting with women of diverse backgrounds.
