Thank you Maritza. Two days without a sitter. I don’t think I can survive without her anymore 🙁

Ok Betty, I’m right there with ya! My 2.5 year old never seems to be happy 🙁
I say to myself, “this too shall pass” too many times a day to count! Deep Breath… and move on 🙂

Diego spoiled us with no terrible anything! I get it now. My goodness. Santi is so unhappy. Perhaps teething? Thank you Kerry.

Sending xoxo your way mama. I found this children’s book called *The Way I Feel* by Janan Cain. I used it for my son when he went through the terrible THREES. Each page has a different emotion and pictures to go along with that emotion. I would read it to him almost everyday using the tone of each emotion. Like Maritza said, take time out yourself, if you can take a few moments to meditate and be present. Stress-free parenting is non-existent but you can manage it better by staying focus in your feelings and your breathing…let it go. If you have to, spend more time with you kids and have a silly day with them or dance until they both fall to sleep, even just laughing out loud with them releases all that negative feelings. If it’s just you and the boys it may be hard finding that “me time”. Do it as soon as you can. I have found not one but many ways to de-stress when I have days like these, like baking, cooking, running or walking to simply listening to music. The key is to stay focused on only 1 thing at a time, even if it’s for 1 or 15 minutes. Everything will be fine. Sending you positive thoughts.

P.S. About a year ago I found this website http://zenhabits.net/meditate/ that I really like, check it out and tell me what you think.

Thank you Liz! I think the constant being with my kids is the problem right now! jajaja! I took them to Little Gym this morning and it was bliss!!! We then had a little treat at Dunkin Donuts…the minute we got home…forget it! I just put him in the crib crying because he is sooooo miserable!!! His emotions are a roller coaster!! Thank you for the reminder. Right now I’m choosing the gym to clear my head and breath deep. As soon as they are in bed tonight, I’m off! And there is a thing at Diego’s school tomorrow morning so I’ll get a little break. Gracias amiga! I’ll look into the book and the website!! xoxo
