Mexico in 20 Images

I did my best with my camera (that was acting up), the extreme heat, and trying to keep an eye on my boys while I took pictures in Puerto Vallarta. Last week was unforgettable. I love going to México and I hope I captured a little bit of its magic. This is what México is to me…

Gorgeous, Betty! I’ve only been there once but I would have to say that color is the thing that stands out to me about Mexico. Everything about Mexican culture is so vibrant with color, from the houses to the clothes to the food.

That one tugs at my heart strings too, Laila. And the man selling the nuts in front of church. His look is so desperate…
Then I saw him again later down a few blocks. He would just scoop up his product and place it somewhere else to try to sell. xoxo

Love the pictures. Each one says Mexico to me in many different ways. Me encanta las catrinas, but I have to say seeing the clay shot glass reminds me of mi abuelita. When I was young, she would send all her granddaughters living in the US many mini clay kitchenware and accessories. It was those precious little things that brought us closer…sigh
