I’m Always Betty

February 15, 2013

I’m a sucker for cute packaging! And if it’s a Betty, forget about it. These current campaigns by Lancome and MAC remind me of my younger days and my obsession with Betty Boop. ย Rewind to even younger, younger days…I remember flying to Mexico between the ages of 6-12 (sometimes alone!) and reading Archie comic books on the plane. I’m definitely taking a trip to the MAC counter sometime this weekend to reminisce some more.

MAC Archies Girls 4

Forget about Archie and his player ways, are you a Betty or a Veronica? I look more like Veronica but I’ll always be more like Betty.

Have a great weekend everyone!

I loved Archie comics too and totally preferred Betty (well, I guess most young girls wanted to be the “nicer” girl). I look more like Veronica too but liked Betty way better. This is funny that Archie is making a revival; we just gave my husband’s niece a collection of Archie comics at her request so maybe the kids are back into it.
