My little scares of the past week have me even more motivated than usual to let go of the things I can not control, to relax a bit more: I always say it, but I must do it too.
I have written in the past the importance of being nice to yourself and that sort of challenge is good for a weekend as it includes steps you may or may not have time for on a daily basis.
But surely there must be a few things you can do to brighten up your every-day days! Here are a few of my suggestions for you to try:
1) Eat breakfast. Whip out your favorite mug and have your coffee at home too.
2) Be present. All screens off. Really stop to listen.
3) Give. Smiles, kisses, spare change…just give.
4) Hug.
5) Read and share.
6) Drink lots of water.
7) Go for a walk, a run, zumba.
8) Call your loves. Don’t text. Speak.
9) Listen to music. Try instrumental. No words.
10) Get to bed early. Repeat 1-10 tomorrow.
What makes you happy everyday? Please share!

Love it!! It’s nice to remember some of the little things that we tend to forget.
Have a great day! xoxo
Definitely getting enough sleep is key for me. I also like having a nice cup of tea and drinking it with a treat, maybe even reading a book while I do so. Simple things like that, and of course a good laugh with family and friends.

Having fun while working out and having breakthroughs (being able to perform an exercise I’ve been practicing for a while or could never do before) makes me so happy!!!!
Sleep is so important I know it I say to myself everyday and I can’t never get to go to bed on time that’s one of the things I really have to ficus on more.
Zumba goes without saying! Daniela running to me when I pick her up from school goes without saying. You know what makes me happy in the mornngs? Silence. My drive to work in the mornings, I don’t listen to the radio, I don’t talk to on the phone (unless it’s my mom), I simply enjoy the silence. I don’t have to many slient moments in my life. I think of the day before and the day ahead. Silence.
