Friday Inspiration

July 12, 2013

In case you didn’t know, I’m a sucker for a cute infographic. Bonus if it is beneficial to all of us! This one is a great reminder for Fridays. The end of the week is always hard in keeping up healthy eating habits, staying patient and maintaining productivity.

I love this cool infographic to stay inspired! I also find that taking time away from my computer and enjoying the outdoors is huge boost to my creativity! I especially love exploring the beautiful Bay Area. Thank you for sharing! ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for commenting Isabel! I love outdoor activity too. The past 2 years I have been in suburbia and didn’t think I would like it. I do now for that same reason you have pointed out! ๐Ÿ™‚

Absolutely agree with these, especially working out! I was never one for exercise but after this pregnancy/delivery my body is craving it. So even though I hate working out I love the after feeling of it. As far as water, I try to drink whenever I use the bathroom and when I breastfeed. Great tips all around!

Nice! Great suggestions. For inspiration I need to be out in nature, sometimes that simply means taking a walk at the right time (evening) when everything and everyone is settling down so my neighborhood isn’t busy with drivers coming home from work, as I walk, I don’t listen to music or use my cell phone, I focus on the sounds of nature, the chirping of the birds, the rustling of the leaves, the crickets, I watch the colors of the sunset, other times it means grabbing a picnic chair, opening my garage door and sitting there while it rains, listening to the rain, It is so peaceful and restorative, it’s like yoga for the mind and spirit.
