    I’m making an effort to get more sleep by sticking to a regular nighttime routine, and I downloaded a number of habit-formation apps to keep tabs on the everyday behaviors I want to make sure I instill in my daily routine as well, such as drinking enough water and taking time to reflect and think about life.
