Love is in the air! And thankfully, in print! This month is all about romance and nothing is more tender than the old fashioned written word. In our opinion, these romantic works are the best of all time. We have picked a few classic books that are due for another read and modern choices that will also stay around for a long time. They all have passion, are unique, and all say “love” in different ways. This Valentine’s Day, snuggle close to a love one and read some of these famous excerpts together.

1. “He stepped down, trying not to look long at her, as if she were the sun, yet he saw her, like the sun, even without looking.” Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy.

Like Water for Chocolate by Laura Esquivel.
