A friend asked me to help her fill her last 3 slots for her 21 Day Fix that starts on February 10th. Of course, I agreed! I’m a big believer in habits taking 21 days to become routine. I also believe in balancing and maintaning a healthy lifestyle but also understand that a lot of us need motivation and support.
